What does “measured from space” actually mean?
Tree heights are derived from aerial LiDAR elevation data — the same kind of survey data used to map terrain. Each measurement comes with a confidence score, and where coverage is thin, the homeowner confirms the size themselves. It's a real measurement, presented as a range and confirmed on-site.
Do homeowners install anything?
No. Each contractor gets a standalone estimator at their own subdomain. Homeowners just open the link — on a phone or a laptop — and go.
How large an area does it cover?
One service market per subscription. You set a service-area radius; homeowners outside it fall back to a polite contact form instead of a quote.
Is homeowner data handled compliantly?
Every lead carries a TCPA consent checkbox with a timestamp, and each estimator ships with auto-generated privacy, terms, and cookie policies. Optional consent mode blocks tracking until a homeowner accepts.
How do leads reach me?
Instantly — by email and SMS to whichever recipients you configure, in your dashboard, and optionally POSTed to a webhook so they drop straight into your CRM.
